Unlike home staging companies that stage a home for a sale of property, I provide staging/furnishing services for my clients whom I help to purchase home so they can maximize their profit for their rental income by renting it out fully furnished. An example is a home that regularly rents for $3200/month can rent upto $6000/month as vacation rentals when furnished by me . This option is usually preferred by my overseas investor clients who visit the States occasionally so they can stay in their own property during their stay.
Other clients need a little help with the design/decor of their home so I help them furnish the home to live-in. Designing a home to live in is challenging as I need to cater to each individual's taste but seeing a happy client's face once the project is done is well worth it!!! I Love bringing smiles to their faces... always excited to furnish homes.
My staging and furnishing is a service provided to my clients who purchase a home through me without charge. A project will normally take minimum 40 hours of my time... from researching the right piece of furniture, to picking out the perfect decor, to fully stocking kitchen pots/plates and etc. Once keys are handed to me, they are free to leave the country because I will take care of everything from beginning to the end... It's my way of giving back to them for en-trusting me with the purchase of their home.
For clients who did not purchase a home through me, the fee is $5.00/sqft for the service plus the cost of goods.
